Transitioning from home to a residential care setting can be challenging for caregivers and the person with dementia. This virtual class will discuss the importance of planning and considerations when making the transition from one level of care to another.
In order to participate in this event, you must have internet connection, a computer and/or a phone. Link will be sent in your confirmation once you register.
